This is a ISG Elite XR Thermal Imager  Camera w/ Thermal Color Pallet.
This camera is shown powered up and displaying infrared images in the pictures below.
The image of myself is being shown on a TV using the BNC to RCA 6' BNC video out cable included with this unit.
This camera produces color pallet of Grey, Red, Yellow, orange, Pink (maybe more) colors depending on temperature. Most colors appear after 100 degrees or more, otherwise everything is standard thermal grey and black. (or monochrome).
I don't have full specs on the device , but the camera produces Digitally Enhanced 320 x 240 resolution color pallet images and Hi Thermal sensitivity. (see the pictures) (research on line for a manual for more info)
This is a complete commercial setup that is ready to go.
It includes A Newly Rebuilt LIPO 4 4400 MAH  super cell battery with built in BMS (Battery Monitoring System) .
This Rebuilt battery with power charge port on the front will power the camera all day according to Panasonic and the specs.
I used the camera in excess of 3 hours and it was still going strong. This battery pack was expensive!
Battery is LION at 4400MAH compared to the old Battery that was NI-MH at 1700MAH , so more than twice the capacity and will be rechargeable for more than 2000 cycles before replacement is needed.
The AC adapter is 5 amps (New) and can power the unit while charging the battery pack - same with the car cord.  ( Both Included)
Pictured in the images are my PC cabinet  ,  I am holding a lit lighter and anything over 100 degrees or so starts turning different colors in the displayed image.
Temperature measurements are accurate where the green cross hairs meet in the LCD screen and are displayed upper right or to the right on a bar graph.
You won't find a better deal on a complete package like this on Ebay. These professional imagers have almost twice the resolution of cheap handheld models from seek or or cheaper China Brands.
This camera uses an Digital image Enhancement board built in to get very crisp and bright images.
Exposure and Focus are automatic and Electronically done in the lens area. (You can hear it "click " while adjusting at times - this is normal)
Frame rate is said to be at 30hz
Warm up time to thermal image is less than 5 seconds.
This device has an accessory yellow button that does something? (either image recorder or other? not sure? ) This unit doesn't have a transmitter built in like some models. FYI.
I use one of the same setup on my Motor Home to watch for Wildlife or look for UFO's while camping. Great entertainment out in the woods. Never know what you will see out there.

NOTES:
Battery Life may vary depending on ambient temperature
I timed the  battery for about 3 hours and it was still going strong. Should work all day.  Internal packs are new.
Battery should be good for 1500 + recharges or more.
Use in colder weather may result in shorter power up times.
Both Car and AC adapter will power the camera and charge at same time.
Fully charged LIPO battery measures 12vdc instead of 13.8 for a NI-MH, LIPO battery will operate on "Low Battery " for several hours after the initial  3 hour operating time - This is normal.
You can't over charge or fully discharge the battery pack because the BMS will control charge / discharge for safety.
Laser spot handle uses AA Lithium batteries in its base
This camera produces Bright  - clean  - crisp Thermal images and works perfectly.
