This is a ISG Elite XR Thermal Imager  Camera w/ Thermal Color Pallet.
This camera is shown powered up and displaying infrared images in the pictures below.
The image of myself is being shown on a TV using the BNC to RCA 25' video out cable included with this unit.
This camera produces color pallet of Grey, Red, Yellow, orange, Pink (maybe more) colors depending on temperature. Most colors appear after 100 degrees or more, otherwise everything is standard thermal grey and black. (or monochrome).
I don't have full specs on the device , but the camera produces Digitally Enhanced 320 x 240 resolution color pallet images and Hi Thermal sensitivity. (see the pictures) (research on line for a manual for more info)
This is a complete commercial setup that is ready to go.
It includes 2 super cell batteries (used) that both hold a charge and function normally.
One battery powers the camera for about 43 minutes (I timed it) and the other about 28 minutes after a full charge. They both hold a charge while being stored indefinitely.
Pictured in the images are my PC cabinet , a bench in my back yard, my cat & the back yard , and a selfie. I am holding a lit lighter and anything over 100 degrees or so starts turning different colors in the displayed image.
Temperature measurements are accurate where the green cross hairs meet in the LCD screen and are displayed upper right or to the right on a bar graph.
You won't find a better deal on a complete package like this on Ebay. These professional imagers have almost twice the resolution of cheap handheld models from seek or or cheaper China Brands.
This camera uses an Digital image Ehancement board built in to get very crisp and bright images.
Exposure and Focus are automatic and Electronically done in the lens area. (You can hear it "click " while adjusting at time - this is normal)
Frame rate is said to be at 30hz, but every so often the picture may update and you may see it freeze for a split second.
Warm up time to thermal image is less than 5 seconds.
This device has an accessory yellow button that does something? (either image recorder or other? not sure? ) This unit doesn't have a transmitter built in like some models. FYI.
I use one of the same setup on my Motor Home to watch for Wildlife or look for UFO's while camping. Great entertainment out in the woods. Never know what you will see out there.

I timed both batteries , one at 43 minutes before power off and the other around 25 minutes at 77 degrees.
Use in colder weather may result in shorter power up times.
New batteries are around each on line.
Charge from dead to full was about 50 minutes. The charger will charge both batteries at the same time.
Charger operates from 10vdc to 30vdc as per ISG .
